Industrial minerals and rocks are used in various types of industries worldwide and constitute the cornerstone for most industries, in particular those which affect human life. Industrial rocks are used according to their chemical components and physical properties in manufacturing and under different commercial names. Because of the various usages of such rocks and due to being widely spread in many countries, light can be shed thereon and their exploitation can be rationalized efficiently and effectively to create a lot of opportunities for introduction of small and medium industries into rural regions, in addition that a part of such industries will support other large industries.
Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation with Arab Industrial Development & Mining Organization in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, United Arab Emirate, under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah ,will hold the Sixth International Forum of Industrial Rocks and Mining, Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirate, on 18-20 March 2019 under the heading “Emirates the land of tolerance” with an efficient participation by Arab and foreign ministries, organizations, agencies and companies concerned with mining sector by way of preparing and submitting paper works and researches to cover the various topics of the forum.
